Nature's Inspiration

This camera shot was firstly concentrated at first to get the fade in effect and then we shot at the right moment when the camera was more focused on the angle that it was supposed to be on, and so that practically the reason why all the shots you see is what we have done.

TV Show Evaluation

Design:

The overall design of the show is average becasuse we had 2 balloon figures one looked like a pumpkin and one looked like a ghost. The other part of the design is that bsides the part we placed the balloons behind the presenters and we had to have someone behind the set holding the string to create the dynamic theme for the show and. also we had people behind the peresenters cosplaying as zombies make the theme more dramatic.

Roles:

For my roles I had to be a camera operater but I was late one time and that resulted me being not able to be a camera operater so unstead I had to be a shadow operater. for the other various job roles for the set there had to be a Director, Producer, Floor Maneger, Camera Operator, TV Presenters and Runners. One more thing about camera operator the good side is that you have navigate the camera in anyways possible for the directors liking, the downside is that you going to have to be fast when the director orders you what to do.

Recording the show:

The only downfall of this show is that there were too many problems with recording becuase there was a problem with the lighting in the room and cameras, soo the floor maneger had to be quick with the cameras and lights. Also the director changed the script of the show which resulted very badly the presenters had to quickly remember the lines that they were been given which also resulted badly. overall by recording it was bad but not worse. There was also a makeup artist to extend the show and explain the persons work and to how it wsa done.

Inserts:

The insert was bad due to final verions were not working for some unknown reason and for that reason we had no choice but to use all of our original ideas for the insert and that is the overall of my evaluation.

Pioneer Film Editing

The Living Picture

The living picture

There’s a particular story -going around in japan that a young teenage girl made a self-portrait of herself, she posted it online afterwards then the next day she committed suicide, people say that the portrait that she has made, moves in all the videos that has been posted online only meaning YouTube. The picture moves even If you were to (“Stop”) the video from playing.

There have been reports that people who look at the girls eyes for 5mins have been driven insane and therefore took their own lives because of it.

How this was publicly known was because it was broadcasted in YouTube and the people in Korea spread the word about the picture like wildfire on YouTube, making it well known for other’s to take notice. However the sad part about this is that the story was a fake made by a fan of an artist, the artist who looked at what people have said about the picture he created, and he said was (“I absolutely find this hilarious, people seem to take things to a next level of my work of art”) the artist name is Robert Chang, and this is my social issue.

Why David Starkey Broke The Rules

Dear BBC

I am writing to complain that David Starkey braking few rules in television meaning that in one of the rule hats he broke was that he mentioned a name called Enoch Powell and talked about Enoch's river of blood speech. Also he spoke about how whites have become blacks, this topic alone made the whole audience have an outburst. He clearly had no right to do this, regardless David Starkey should be banned from going into talk shows.

Rupert Murdoch

Dear MP

I am writting this to inform you the reason why Rupert Murdoch shall not be with BSkyB. One of the main reason why he should take over BSkyB is that his men hacked the phoneline and made false news about Milly Dowler. All fareness people like the media news should just stay away from information where the police are still trying to figuire out who killed Milly Dowler. Rupert was the one who gave the command so the responsibility was on Murdoch's hands, For that reson that is why I complain about Rupert trying to take over the media, due to his uneasy manipulation, he is therfore unfit to carry out the   Responsibility as Commander of news media.

Claymation Video

Claymation Evaluation

The beginning of the claymation was easy. Forming up the clay into a spheres and after that it got a little difficult, because the claymation was hard to shape differently each time when we had to make it into something else. Mainly the problem for me was that the frame shot was difficult because we had a little too many obstructions in the way of the frame shots.

One more thing is that I mostly missed out on the project on a full week but caught up with the work and have finished it. The ending video was bad at first but in the end we changed it into a better version on the claymation.

Task 1 Joseph Kony

TASK 1

Joseph Kony

The media is a public tool because people inside the media create videos that journalist has made for them to edit the video and publish it on either the news or on a documentary, people seeing it will make them aware and have learned the knowledge of what people have done in different counties.

The filmmakers have and will gain nothing beneficial for their work but they will have made or changed people’s way of thinking of how aware they should be.

The filmmaker’s aim is that they want the people to be the way the media wants them to be for example. Media wants to publish news about a serial killer on the run; to the adverts the filmmaker would create an ad for people to be on the lookout for anyone suspicious, that’s an example of how the media would make people aware.

New technology have made the media more better with the work that they can complete before deadlines but doesn’t really make a difference with how to control the public.

The Evaluation of Claymation

Process of Claymation

Creating the animation was tough, by having to make no mistake in the animation because if you were to move the camera you would have to start the process all over again, plus the animation needs to have a frame shot which need precision.

Reason

One of the many reasons why Morph is so popular is the you can create many storyline's and and create different types of Morph's to keep up the entreatment to the public viewers.

Strengths

The strengths of claymation is that you can create almost anything you can out of claymation, and it can be also use in movies, or it can be used for effects as well.

Limitations

The limitations is that you cant duplicate many copies of the character as much as you want because you will eventually run out of clay to duplicate more. another limitation is the weight if you were to make the clay character's head big then then rest of his body small then you would be struggling to balance the clay model of standing still. Also the other limitation is the details of the face of the clay model, the reason why is that the clay has to be shaped with either hands or a plastic knife to shape the model into the way it can be balanced however the clay would

Claymation Against Other Techniques

Claymation overall is good for making many story-lines but it does not exceed in graphics because morph isn't very well detailed as for film's nowadays, techniques are more optional than claymation because to create claymation all you need is just a camera, clay and a story to go with it. as for the other techniques you can made a video more entertaining from just adding techniques.

Cut Out Animation Evaluation

How this cut out animation started was basically me and my team started cutting pictures carefully and then use a camera to to take each frame rate shots. once the frame shots were finished, we then decided to download sounds that could match the shout on whats happening in the video.
Then after that we doubled checked on the video to make it precise and we found no problems so that was it.

One of the many pioneers of editing is a man called Lotte Reiniger he has used the cut out animation techniques on a movie called The Golem which was made in 1920, he has also made other particular movies such as The Rose and the Ring.

The positives on Cut Out Animation is that you can create a storyline out of anything on what pictures you use. plus if the picture that you are using gets ruined in any way, you can just either purchase another one or have it copied multiple times before anything happens to it.

The negatives on this is that you can't make it 3D in any way plus you cant makes it fluent meaning the motion won't work as it would be on a film.

Cut Out Animation is about using paper but cut into a form that you want it to be in 2D then after that you then have a camera and take shots of the paper, each time you take a shot you have to make sure that you have it slightly moved so that you can take a shot a gain to make it look like it is moving on its own.

After that you can put o sounds when editing so that it can have that effect where it's real.

The Motion Walk

Eadweard Muybridge
Eadweard Muybridge was the man who invented stop motion animation, he is also the man who invented the machine called the Zoopraxiscope which is a frame shot animation.

Eadweard Muybridge's animation was precise to make people believe that someone was walking upstairs infinty.

Compared to the animation that the class has created it is not fluent enough as Eadweard Muybridge's work so overall we still needed more frame shots to make the animation more fluent so that it would be in leauge with Eadweard Muybridge. (hopefully)

The Stop Motion Animation

The advantage of the animation is that you can see the illusion that it cast on your eyes to make you think that what you see is moving for example the little space that you see in the object is what makes the magic work in this because if you see the split with the frame image then you see the frame image you will memories the frame then there will be the block which makes you remember the next one coming, thats how people make believe that it is moving. The other thing that is good about animation is that you can draw different things on the animation.

The disadvantage is that you can see that the illusion is broken when you look at it on the top of the toy meaning the animation will not work.

Comparing 2 Indents

The Channel 4 is a normal life TV show what makes people from homes learn about new and different things on how people live there life in a documentary reality show, Shows like come dine with me, you will learn a small few things from how people cook their food and you will also learn the lifestyle on how they represent the food. Channel 4 is a channel where people can learn all sorts of things from shows like million pound drop, will teach you things like for example if people were to talk about cars and they had to guess which answer is right then if the answer is right you will know of what cars is about a little. As for E4. They are a company what shows entertainment of fantasy for people who are more likely be teens and older.

E4 has shows like (The Big Bang Theory), (Friends), (Scrubs) and many more. E4 has a creative side on their advertisements from start to finish showing that they show an a imaginative series for teens and as for Channel 4 they show realistic things in their adverts but it ends up as something fake in the end.

Overall the both channels are good at their own way meaning Channel 4 is good for showing the viewers real life TV shows and many other things that are real in general and the age group for that would be people of the age that are 20 years and older. As for E4 they are good for fantasy like misfits and so on but E4's audience would be for people on the age of 12 and older. So either way both channels are equally matched.

The Indents on Channel 4 shows something related to nature and then you will see later on the advert you will see the four sign set, and basically the meaning of the advert is to think outside the box.
